We currently don't ship outside the EU, please get in touch and we can look into shipping to your location.

All delivery times are the estimates quoted by our couriers and not guaranteed timings, delays could occur.
We can refund you if you let us know within 14 days of purchase. From notifying us you then have 14 days to return the kit to us. Once we’ve received it we will refund you.
After 30 days we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return your Geopod must be unused and in the same condition that is was received in. It must be received by us undamaged. The buyer pays the shipping cost and we recommend a tracked and signed for service is used.
We only refund the price of the product, not the shipping price.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase and recommend that a return shipping receipt is retained too.
Defective or damaged Geopod?
We can only replace the kit if it is defective or damaged. We need proof of damage with pictures of packaging and pictures of the damaged parts themselves.
